RETURN POLICIES:
- Product is returnable within the 5 days after delivered the product, only in case the product received is defective, damaged, has any missing accessories, or different from the description as mentioned on the product detail page on http://www.netboon.com.
- After return window has been exhausted, the product will be repaired as per warranty terms.
- Product will not be eligible for return in case of buyer’s remorse, includes change of mind or incorrect product/model/color ordered.
- Product will not be eligible for return or replacement if ‘Non-Returnable or Non-Replaceable’ is mentioned on the product detail page.

REFUND POLICIES:
For scenarios wherein the product received is damaged or has any missing parts/accessories during transportation, our technical team will contact the customer to confirm details of the damage/missing parts/accessories before issuing the refund.
REPLACEMENT POLICIES:
Replacement will be processed only in the following conditions:

- The product is not different from what was originally shipped.
- The product was not damaged while in the customer’s possession.
- The product is returned in its original condition along with the brand/manufacturer box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all in-the-box accessories.
NETBOON technical team will contact the buyer to confirm condition before issuing the replacement.
CANCELLATIONBY THE BUYER:
The buyer can cancel an order for the following reasons:
- If the order was placed bymistake.
- If the buyer changes their mind about placing the order.
- If the expected delivery date is not acceptable for the buyer.
- If the buyer has placed multiple orders for the same Product.
- But before the order has been dispatched by the NETBOON.
CANCELLATION BY THE NETBOON
The NETBOON can cancel an order for the following reasons:
- If the ordered Product is out of stock suddenly.
- If the buyer address to which the Product is to be delivered is not serviceable.
- If the buyer address is incomplete or incorrect or without of contact no.
- If the supplier is unable to dispatch the order in expected delivery time.
- If the delivery of the Product has been unsuccessful and returned to the NETBOON.
- If we are unable to dispatch the material due to lockdown or other restrictions issue in your area.
